To participate as a rider, an individual has to be 21 years or above at the time of the hire or purchase, holding a valid driving license (international driver permit in case of foreigners), in reasonable health and good hold over the bike. Copy of original Passport: Valid for at least 6 months past the intended period of stay in India.
Indian Tourist Visa the participant must pay the 30% of the tour to book the tour. The registration will be considered effective upon receipt of THE PAYMENT the bank receipt is accepted as proof. All trips must be paid in full 60 days before their start, Mimanki Tours will rserve the right to cancel the reservation and keep the payment as compensation.

Cancellations and refunding Policy
More than 60 days before the start date of the trip: 100% refund of the payment after USD 60 deducted per person from BANK EXPENSES.
Between 30 and 60 days before the start date of the trip, Reimbursement of 50% of the trip once deducted USD 60 per person for BANK EXPENSES.
Less than 30 days before the start date of the trip. No returns will be made.
Non-presentation
In cases of non-presentation, delay, arrival after the start of the trip, inability to provide the requirements for the trip (passport, visa, driving license, etc.). No returns will be made.
Not included
Any extra costs incurred due to extension/ change of the itinerary due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdown etc. factors beyond our control.
Additional accommodation & or food charges due to unforeseen delays in the journey
For the Spiti Valley trip:
Be aware of the risk of altitude and mountain sickness, the Spiti Valley tour requires you to be in shape, CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR THE RISKS RELATED TO ALTITUDE AND MOUNTAIN SICKENESS.
The visa process is not included however we can provide accurate advice of terms and conditions and any information you may require.
Make sure to have your travel insurance covering the days of the trip, MIMANKI TOURS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents or incidents that may occur in the course of the trips.
